PURE Bergamot essential oil

This fragrant oil has a sweet citrusy scent that promote's positivity, is stimulating, uplifting and refreshing. Bergamot may also help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and stress. 

Bergamot blends well with Clary Sage, Frankincense, Geranium, Orange, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang essential oils. 

How to use Bergamot essential oil

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Bergamot essential oil to a diffuser.

Inhale: Breathe in the oil directly from the bottle. You can use this method anywhere you go for a          quick hit of citrusy goodness.

Shower: Start by adding 3- 4 drops to the corner of the shower to enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 3-5 drops to a carrier oil blend together then add to your bath water.

Topically: Stir 1 drop of essential oil with 5mls carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil). Apply to wrists.

Contraindications: If using citrus essential oils on the skin, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Essential oils should not be ingested. Use oil with caution around pets. Do not apply topically.
