How To Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your BREATHE blend to your diffuser to help clear the nose and cleanse the air.

Inhalation: A few deep breaths straight from the bottle when you are on the go, in the car or at work.

Shower:  Add 3-4 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy your blend with steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 - 2  drops of BREATHE to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to wrists, neck, chest or on the soles of your feet.
