How To Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your BREEZE blend to your diffuser to 

Inhalation: A few deep breaths straight from the bottle when you are on the go, in the car or at work.

Topically: Mix 1 - 2  drops of BREEZE to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to wrists, neck, chest or on the soles of your feet.
