PURE Clary Sage essential oil

How to use Clary Sage essential oil

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Clary Sage essential oil to a diffuser.

Inhale: Breathe in the oil directly from the bottle. You can use this method anywhere you go for a          quick hit flora heaven.

Shower: Start by adding 3- 4 drops to the corner of the shower to enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 3-5 drops to a carrier oil blend together then add to your bath water.

Topically: Stir 1 drop of essential oil with 5mls carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil). Apply to wrists.

Contraindications: Avoid use for those with cancer or tumours.Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do Not use on children. Essential oils should not be ingested. Use oil with caution around pets. Do not apply topically on pets.
