GARDEN essential oil blend

GARDEN essential oil blend is composed of four distinct essential oils Geranium, Lavender, Lemon and Patchouli. Hand crafted to create a beautifully balanced floral blend that will enhance mood and promote feelings of self worth.

How To Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your GARDEN blend to your diffuser.

Inhalation: A few deep breaths straight from the bottle when you are on the go, in the car or at work.

Shower: Add 3-4 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy your blend with steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 - 2  drops of GARDEN to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to wrists, neck and chest.
