PURE Frankincense essential oil

An aroma that is wonderfully woody and spicy that helps to slow down a racing mind and relieve stress. Frankincense can help balance hormones, as well as stimulate and improve circulation. It contains anti inflammatory properties that can help with the symptoms of arthritis and Frankincense can enhance spiritual practice and promote emotional balance. 

Blends well with Lavender, Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon, Geranium and Clary Sage.

How to use Frankincense essential oil

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Frankincense essential oil to a diffuser.

Inhale: Breathe in the oil directly from the bottle. 

Shower: Add 3- 4 drops to the corner of the shower to enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Put 3-5 drops into a carrier oil, blend together then add to your bath water.

Topically: Stir 1 drop of essential oil with 5mls carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil). Apply to wrists.

Massage: Use 2% dilution - 40 drops into 100ml carrier oil.

Contraindications: Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use on children under 3. Essential oils should not be ingested. Use oil with caution around pets. Do not apply topically on pets.
