Refund policy

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Please choose carefully as our products are handmade and hand-poured, we aim to dispatch orders within two business days. If you’d like cancel your order you must advise us urgently via email: oilyfigaromatherapy@gmail.com as once we’ve started making your order we may not be able to refund some or all of the cost.

If you would like to add or change anything about your order you must also contact us urgently via email to avoid or reduce additional costs and having to pay for delivery again.

 

RETURNS:

We do not except returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If you receive faulty or damaged products please contact us (oilyfigaromatherapy@gmail.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to let us know there is a problem. We may ask you to provide us with some photos to help sort the problem out as quickly as possible.
