PURE Clary Sage essential oil

PURE Clary Sage essential oil provides numerous benefits for emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. This essential oil contains anti inflammatory and calming properties that help to reduce cramps and spasms and ease the symptoms of anxiety and stress. How to use Clary Sage essential oil:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Clary Sage essential oil to a diffuser.

Inhale: Breathe in the oil directly from the bottle. 

Shower: Start by adding 3- 4 drops to the corner of the shower to enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 5mls carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil). Apply to wrists and pulse points. Patch test before use.

Contraindications: Avoid use for those with cancer or tumours. Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do Not use on children. Do not ingest. Dilute with a carrier oil if applying to skin. If skin irritation occurs STOP use. External use only.
