ELEVATE essential oil blend

Some days just need a little lift. ELEVATE is that fresh burst that brings the brightness back. A blend of Orange, Bergamot, Spearmint and Ylang Ylang essential oils. It's fresh, and softly floral all at once.

How to use:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your ELEVATE blend to a diffuser. 

Inhalation: A few breaths directly from the bottle.

Shower:  Add 3-4 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy your blend with steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1-2 drops of ELEVATE to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to wrists, neck, chest or on the soles of your feet.

Contraindications: Do NOT ingest. May cause skin irritation if applied topically. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant or have a medical condition.
