How To Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your GARDEN blend to your diffuser.

Inhalation: directly from the bottle. 

Shower: Add 3-4 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy your blend with steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1-2 drops of GARDEN to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to pulse points.

Contraindications: Do NOT ingest. May cause skin irritation if not diluted properly. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant.
