How To Use:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of NURTURE blend to a diffuser.

Inhalation: directly from the bottle.

Bath: Add 3-4 drops to a carrier oil mix together, then add to bath water to create a relaxing aromatherapeutic experience.

Topically: Mix 1 - 2  drops of NURTURE to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to lower abdomen.
