NURTURE essential oil blend

NURTURE essential oil blend has been specifically made for women. We all have super busy lives and often put everyone else’s needs first before our own. This blend has been created to help NUTURE you and your body when you need support. Clary Sage, Geranium and Lavender are powerful oils that have been combined together to help ease the symptoms of PMS, peri menopause, menopause, post menopause and overall hormonal discomfort. Can help ease  symptoms like mood swings, irritability, headaches, anxiety and tiredness.

How To Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your NURTURE blend to your diffuser.

Inhalation: A few deep breaths straight from the bottle when you are on the go, in the car or at work.

Bath: Add 3-4 drops to a carrier oil mix together, then add to bath water to create a relaxing aromatherapeutic experience.

Topically: Mix 1 - 2  drops of NURTURE to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to wrists, neck, chest or soles of the feet.
