PURE Frankincense essential oil

How to use Frankincense essential oil:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Frankincense essential oil to a diffuser.

Inhale: Breathe in the oil directly from the bottle. 

Shower: Add 3- 4 drops to the corner of the shower to enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Topically: dilute with carrier oil or add a few drops to moisturiser or serum.

Contraindications:  Do not use on children under 3. Do NOT ingest. If skin irritation occurs STOP use. Patch test before use.
